Suppose you don’t want to send the e-mail even after pressing the send button, in which case Google will give you a grace period of 5 seconds. But the default time of 5 seconds is very short, so it is difficult for many users to find and press the undo button in this short time.
To solve this problem you need to increase the timer in e-mail undo sending. As a result, you will have some more time to stop e-mail quickly.
To change the Undo Send Timer on a desktop or laptop computer, follow the steps below:

Click the gear icon at the top of your Gmail inbox, then click “See all settings”.

Now find the General tab, then the ‘Undo Send’ setting. Select the appropriate timer from this list. 20 or 30 seconds can be considered enough in this case.

Finally, come down and click the Save Changes button.
